Outline:
Whatever your aspirations, big or small this new hands on event will
show you how to professionally set up studio lighting equipment
to create style, mood, character to flatter your sitter. It will show
you the correct lighting for full face, ¾ Profile, 2/3 Profile & Profile.
How to light one to ten persons, full length or head and shoulders,
how to quickly set up a studio in a small room or other very tight
space. It will also show you how you can take great shots with
just one light and/or combine it with daylight for stunning effects.
You'll quickly learn where to position the heads, set the exposure,
determine the lighting ratio and become familiar with using one or
more strobes.

You also be shown how to create a shadowless, beautiful white
backgrounds like you'll find in a 'Venture' studio so you can create your
own contemporary family portraits in your living room or studio.
You'll also be shown how to make creative use of snoots, grids, gels
to add interest and impact to all your images.
You'll also see how to configure more challenging lighting set up for
room sets, product photography for web use or catalogue use.
All equipment is provided along with backgrounds, reflectors and
accessories for you to try on the day.
Suitable for all who wish to develop their lighting skills.
