This special event is ideal for learning all about your new
Canon digital SLR
When you buy a new camera you will want to make the most of its features but it is all too
easy to leave it on auto. The instruction book has many hundreds of pages and assumes
you know what you are doing. It would also take up too much of your time even if you were
committed to read it all through.
This event is designed to help you move away from the green rectangle (full auto) and
show you how to start using the creative zone, Av, Tv, M, etc. and more of your camera's useful
shooting modes and features. It's delivered in a very easy and straightforward way and we assume
no prior knowledge.
You might feel you know absolutely nothing about
your camera, but that is fine with us. It's a supportive zone here.
We also cover stuff which is useful to the more experienced so all can benefit
The course will also explain some of the technical stuff that for many of us can be a complete
mystery such as white balance, RAW, histogram and exposure compensation. We'll also
cover, the menu, focus and metering modes and much more besides, but try not to overload you.
All in all, you will enjoy your day, learn more than you possibly expected and meet many other
Canon digital camera users just like yourself.
If you cannot make this event David also offers 1:1 help on EOS camera tuition in
Bicester, nr Oxford and Northampton.
Additionally, he has produced MP3 Audio CD's on a range of EOS DSLR's that will
teach you all about your camera.
